Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Methods and Time frames We offer a fixed rate shipping option to cover Postage and Packaging for Royal Mail tracked delivery. Overseas orders may be subject to import taxes which the buyer is responsible for. The shipping methods available and their estimated time frames are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: [3-5 days]

• International Shipping: [more than a week]

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and other factors. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All items will be packaged extremely well to ensure you receive your item(s) in the best possible condition, however whilst the upmost care is taken once the item enters the courier network it is out of my hands and things can go wrong, we will always help in what ever way we can to resolve any late or missing packages, please follow tracking information and contact the courier in the first instance.

1.2 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are a fixed fee to cover postage and packaging. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns Because of the hand made nature of the business, items are usually only accepted for return if the wrong item has been dispatched to you, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your pottery purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) under the following conditions:

• You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item(s) must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me at bendoddceramics@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for the return.

2. I will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by me.

4. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), I will process your refund as follows:

• If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, I will contact you to discuss possible resolutions.

3.2 Refund Amount The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges.

4. Exchanges I do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
