1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Definitions

• "Seller," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Ben Dodd Ceramics.

• "Buyer," "you," or "your" refer to the customer making a purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and include applicable taxes.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• ‘Ben Dodd Ceramics’ aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from the time of the order, this is usually within 5 days, but it may take longer on occasion. International deliveries can take much longer and are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid) any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel and the charges may differ depending on the countries policies, I have no control over these and no way of predetermining the likely charges before shipping, it is the recipients responsibility to be aware of these charges upfront before making the purchase.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

• ‘Ben Dodd Ceramics’ is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

• If the wrong shipping details are provided and you fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is the responsibility of the recipient. On occasion, an incorrect address can be rectified, I will always try to resolve the situation, however if it is lost/missing, I cannot offer a refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item has been shipped.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund, excluding original shipping costs.

• Items are packaged extremely well, in the very rare occasion that an item is received broken, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis, images will be required of the packaging and the pot immediately after receipt.

• If the wrong shipping address has been provided it is the buyers responsibility if the item goes astray, I cannot be held responsible but if I can intervene in time and the package can be redirected I will of course help with this.
