Cut sided yunomi with ash glaze over biscuit slip which creates a textured and cracked look to the surface.
These are generally identified as my signature pieces and are slightly trickier to get right, so they are more valued by myself when the outcome is good.
I particularly enjoy the iron spots that come through the slip from the clay body and the collection of glassy glaze around the foot-ring.
